Skills : Having knowledge for OS Installation, Printer Installation, Networking etc. Troubleshooting, Monitoring, Basic Software Installation, Having knowledge on Desktop Management, Basic knowledge of Server, Storage & Backup, Communication through email & calls and handling basic Technical Support Calls, Good Knowledge on Networking (Switches , Routers, Load Balancer), Security (Antivirus, Firewall)
